CAD
Computer-Aided Design is the use of
computer technology to aid in the design and drafting (technical
drawing and engineering drawing) of a parts, components,
subassemblies of the product . Furthermore high end softwares
used by DESIGNLORE enable us to accurately design mechanisms, verify
assembly features and whole products prior to
building of the verification or functional prototypes.
It is
both a visual and symbol-based method of communication whose
conventions are particular to a specific technical field.
Furthermore communication with the suppliers is significantly
improved by communicating using standardized 3D file formats
such as IGES, STEP, STL etc.
Furthermore CAD software is used to
create 3D models of components and assemblies, photo realists
renderings, verify design and to create technical drawings.
drawings a CAD is used to develop photo-realistic renderings by
applying life-like material textures and colors to the various
parts of the model.
CAD models can be used to build prototypes
of products. Once all of the details are designed and optimized,
the optimized CAD is used to make the final manufactured
product.
